Fluent/native-level German and English, Agency experience running influencer campaigns, KPI and performance mindset, CPV fluency, Excel and data skills, AI fluency, Able to work EST hours, 3 to 4 years in influencer marketing, Experience across consumer/DTC and tech/B2B brands, Creator negotiation and contracting experience, Client-facing experience
