Must Have
Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience in marketing, event or project management, Experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns, particularly across events, webinars and digital channels, organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines and stakeholders effectively, Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across cross-functional and global teams, Data-driven mindset with attention to detail and the ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize outcomes
Nice to Have
Familiarity with marketing tools such as CRM, marketing automation and project management platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Marketo, Wrike) is advantageous

**Campaign Manager** **Location: Slough, UK (with flexibility to Manchester or Cambridge)** The primary location of this role is Slough, UK. Join Lonza as a Campaign Manager and play a key role in delivering impactful, integrated marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation across our Advanced Synthesis business. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate globally and shape high‑quality marketing activation aligned with strategic business priorities. This role is primarily based on site. Working together in person supports close, real‑time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.
