What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Agency experience running influencer or creator campaigns, KPI and performance mindset, CPV fluency, Excel and data skills, AI fluency, Able to work EST hours, 3 to 4 years in influencer marketing, creator and talent management, or campaign and project management

Nice to Have

Experience across both consumer / DTC and tech / B2B brands, Creator negotiation and contracting experience, Client-facing experience
