Full Job Description
## Description About Us Gushwork builds AI marketing employees that help businesses from traditional industries grow without hiring humans. We've raised $11M from Lightspeed, Susquehanna, B Capital, Beenext, and others. ## What you'll actually do You'll own and run paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn for a set of products for our customers. This is hands-on, in-the-platform work every day. You'll also be one of the first people to use the AI tools we're building internally to make campaign management faster and sharper. Manage and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. You're in the ad accounts daily, not reviewing dashboards weekly. Own campaign setup end to end. Audience targeting, ad creative briefs, budget allocation, bid strategy, A/B tests. Monitor performance and make changes fast. If something isn't working by day 3, you're already testing a fix, not waiting for a weekly review. Track and report on spend, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and pipeline contribution across all platforms. You should be comfortable pulling this together without being asked. Work closely with the growth team on creative assets, landing pages, and messaging. You flag what's not converting and suggest what to test next. Manage budgets across multiple campaigns and platforms without overspending or underspending. Stay on top of platform changes, new ad formats, and targeting options. You're the person who knows when Meta changes something before anyone else on the team notices. Test and adopt internal AI tools as we build them. You'll bring the campaign expertise, the tools will handle the repetitive parts. Your job evolves as the tools get better. ## You'll be great at this if You've run paid campaigns on all three: Meta, Google, and LinkedIn. Not one or two. All three. This is non-negotiable. You've handled multiple campaigns across multiple platforms at the same time without dropping things. You're comfortable with numbers. You can look at a campaign and tel
