Are you passionate about live sports and the future of advertising? Amazon Ads' Live Events team is redefining how brands connect with audiences during some of the world's most-watched sporting events - including the NFL's Thursday Night Football, NBA, Liga MX, Serie A, and more. We are looking for a highly motivated Campaign and Creative Manager (CCM) to join our growing team and play a critical role in delivering world-class advertising experiences for live sports broadcasts. As a CCM, you will be the operational backbone of campaign execution for Live Events, managing end-to-end creative trafficking workflows, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring every ad is broadcast-ready for game day. This role goes beyond traditional campaign management - you will develop expertise in live broadcast advertising, contribute to process improvements, and use data to inform creative optimizations. This is a seasonal, 11-month position supporting our live sports broadcast calendar. Key job responsibilities Manage end-to-end creative trafficking workflows including asset ingestion, spec QA, trafficking in platforms such as Extreme Reach and Yangaroo, and ISCI coordination with playout partners Coordinate creative scheduling, rotation, and slate management to ensure ads are broadcast-ready ahead of live game air dates Serve as a point of contact for Account Executives, Sales Planners, and advertisers on creative status, timelines, and deliverables Project manage campaign execution across internal teams including Design, AdOps, Sales, Quality Assurance, and Account Management, as well as external stakeholders Support campaign troubleshooting throughout the campaign lifecycle, identifying and resolving issues proactively Provide cross-property support across multiple sp
