What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years of experience in digital advertising, broadcast advertising, or client-facing campaign management roles, Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, Experience using English communication skills, both written and verbal, to foster seamless interaction with stakeholders at all levels, Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines across multiple campaigns and properties, Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with attention to detail, Flexibility to work non-traditional hours as needed to support live broadcast schedules (evenings, weekends)
Nice to Have
Experience working at a TV Network, broadcaster, or an online streaming platform, specializing in digital video delivery or streaming media technologies, Familiarity with creative trafficking tools (e. g. , Extreme Reach, Yangaroo) and broadcast playout workflows, Experience analyzing campaign performance metrics and KPIs to inform optimizations, Knowledge of the sports media ecosystem and live broadcast advertising, Experience working in multilingual or multi-locale environments, Familiarity with Amazon Ads products or programmatic advertising (DSP)
What You'll Do.
Manage end-to-end creative trafficking workflows
Coordinate creative scheduling
Serve as a point of contact for Account
Project manage campaign execution across internal teams
Support campaign troubleshooting throughout the campaign lifecycle
Provide cross-property support across multiple sports properties and
Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and
Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign
Uphold the end customer viewing experience
