Amazon Ads' Live Events team is redefining how brands connect with audiences during some of the world's most-watched sporting events - including the NFL's Thursday Night Football, NBA, Liga MX, Serie A, and more. We are looking for a highly motivated Campaign and Creative Manager (CCM) to join our growing team and play a critical role in delivering world-class advertising experiences for live sports broadcasts As a CCM, you will be the operational backbone of campaign execution for Live Events, managing end-to-end creative trafficking workflows, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring every ad is broadcast-ready for game day. This role goes beyond traditional campaign management - you will develop expertise in live broadcast advertising, contribute to process improvements, and use data to inform creative optimizations. Key job responsibilities - Manage end-to-end creative trafficking workflows including asset ingestion, spec QA, trafficking in platforms such as Extreme Reach and Yangaroo, and ISCI coordination with playout partners - Coordinate creative scheduling, rotation, and slate management to ensure ads are broadcast-ready ahead of live game air dates - Serve as a point of contact for Account Executives, Sales Planners, and advertisers on creative status, timelines, and deliverables - Project manage campaign execution across internal teams including Design, AdOps, Sales, Quality Assurance, and Account Management, as well as external stakeholders - Support campaign troubleshooting throughout the campaign lifecycle, identifying and resolving issues proactively - Provide cross-property support across multiple sports properties and locales, adapting to shifting priorities based on spor
