What They're Looking For.
Must Have
18 years of age, high school diploma or GED, Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP) for children, meet state requirements to be Teacher Qualified in the State of IL
Nice to Have
1 year of professional experience teaching in child care, daycare, or preschool settings, CDA, Associate, or bachelor’s degree in early education or related field

Review important decisions with supervisors
Ensure safety and supervision of children
