**Call Centre Agent, Telford, TF3 4NT** **Orbit Credit Services** on the lookout for **Call Centre Agents** to join our team in Telford on the **8th June 2026!** * Salary: **£26,500.76** (based on a 40 hours working week) * **Operational Hours:** Shifts vary per client to be available between the hours of **Monday to Friday 8am - 8pm.** * Saturdays (1 in 3 per month) **8am - 2pm** * 31 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays **Benefits include:** * Summer and Christmas Parties, plus Seasonal fun events! * Mandatory annual salary review. * Company funded Health & Wellbeing Initiatives. * Additional holiday entitlement following your 3 year anniversary * Location: Telford - TF3 4NT \------------------------ **Orbit Credit Services** provide a range of **debt services** to our **water clients** to help resolve their customers problems. We have over 200 people working with us at our Telford office. Orbit are based in the town centre around a 15-minute walk away from the train station and 10-minute walk to the main bus station. \---------------------- We are looking for team players who match our enthusiasm, work ethic and our outlook to 5-star customer service. Are you working in a **Customer Service** environment in **Retail** or **Hospitality** , or in **Care**? Are you a recent **college leaver** looking to kickstart your career in **Customer Service**? Are you experienced in Customer Service and looking for a new exciting and rewarding customer-driven role to develop in? * As a **Call Centre Agent** at Orbit Credit Services you will be supporting customers to achieve financial wellbeing. * We have a dedicated Training team, supporting you in small training teams over your 3 weeks Induction.
