What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1+ year of call center experience, High School diploma or equivalent, Previous home improvement experience in a call center setting
Nice to Have
Prior experience in a multi-product sales environment, Background in home improvement inside sales, Experience with Lead Perfection CRM
What You'll Do.
Engage with prospective clients to set appointments
Communicate value of company products and services
Handle high volume of inbound/outbound calls
Follow designated sales process for appointment setting
Log all activity and information in CRM
Provide high level of customer service
