Receive and/or place predominantly routine calls. 2\. Maintain detailed & current knowledge of company's products/services. 3\. Liaise with sales & technical staff to keep them up-to-date with customer needs. 4\. Answer customer telephone inquiries, orders, service needs & complaints. 5\. Analyze customer service needs for communication to service and technical departments. **Are you a MATCH?** 1\. College Certificate or Diploma in Medical Office Administration or medical background preferred. 2\. 7+ years of experience in general office practice 3\.
