**Our vision is to transform how the world uses information to enrich life for _all_. ** Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever. # **Job Description – Calibration Engineer** ## **Role Purpose** To ensure **accurate, compliant, and audit-ready calibration management** of all measuring equipment in line with **ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9001:2015, and IATF 16949** , enabling zero quality risk and strong manufacturing performance. ## **Key Responsibilities** * Manage **end-to-end calibration lifecycle** (planning, execution, verification, and release). * Ensure calibration through **ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratories** and verify certificates against defined criteria. * Maintain and monitor **Calibration Master List** , ensuring 100% on-time compliance. * Drive **instrument control, proper handling, and traceability** to national / international standards. * Monitor and report **Calibration KPIs** (on-time performance, failures, overdue tools, impact). * Lead **CAPA and root cause analysis** for calibration non-conformities. * Ensure full compliance with **ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and audit requirements**. * Support **internal/external audits** with complete documentation and evidence readiness. * Manage **vendor evaluation and onboarding** based on ISO 17025 capability. ## **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s Degree in **Electrical / Electronics Engineering with 1- 2 years of industry experience.** ## **Experience** * Experience in **ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory environment (mandatory)** * Hands-on experience in **instrument handling and calibration management** * Strong exposure to **Masterlist tracking, KPI monitoring, and CAPA** * Knowledge of **ISO 9001:2015 & IATF 16949** ## **Key Skills** * Calibration & measurement systems expertise * Data-driven KPI analysis * CAPA & problem solving * Audit readiness
