What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 2-3 years of experience administering CAFM or IWMS platforms in commercial real estate or corporate facility management environments, database management skills and understanding of relational database concepts, Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis, Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and ability to work with floor plans and space data, Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, analytical and problem-solving abilities, Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities, Clear communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences, Customer service orientation with ability to support diverse user groups
Nice to Have
Previous experience in commercial real estate or corporate facility management environments, Knowledge of facility management best practices and industry standards (IFMA, RICS), Experience with SQL queries and report writing, Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) concepts, Familiarity with space planning principles and workplace strategies, Understanding of asset management and preventive maintenance workflows, Project management experience related to system implementations or upgrades
