What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years of experience managing single-unit operations in high growth hospitality and/or retail brands, Experience managing large hospitality teams, Experience managing inventory and supply chain ordering
What You'll Do.
Create a motivating and engaging culture for employees
coach and mentor your team
Cover scheduling gaps or time off
Create and publish schedules
Review and approve timecards and paid time off requests
Coordinate training and accreditation of new hires
Oversee and validate training quality
Address performance issues
Maintain team engagement scores
Be a brand ambassador
Communicate product uniqueness
Maintain food and beverage quality standards
Ensure recipes are executed accurately
Ensure team has inventory and equipment
Lead by example behind bar
Achieve company standard scores via operations auditing platform
cleanliness and presentation of locations
Prepare stores for inclement weather
LTO or new menu launches
and pest control issues
Develop meaningful ties with neighboring businesses
Take ownership of stores’ financial performance
