What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1 year of experience in coffee shop or retail management, excellent communication and leadership skills, attention to detail and organizational skills, can work in a fast-paced environment, passion for coffee and customer service, prioritize and manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions, remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity, balance autonomy and collaboration, inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement, seek the best solutions, remain in a stationary position for a minimum of 3 hours, stand, walk, stoop, and kneel, lift up to 50 pounds intermittently, lift 3 pounds to shoulder height repetitively, available for a minimum of one open, one close and one weekend shift each week
