What They're Looking For.

Must Have

1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience

Nice to Have

Associate’s degree, 2+ years of banking experience, 2+ years of Retail or Customer-facing experience, Proficient in G-Suite

What You'll Do.

Engage with guests in a high-energy environment

Share the value of Capital One’s products and services

Guide customers through the digital ecosystem

Host and support local events that promote financial health

Advocate for customers

Problem-solve and own issue resolution

Move throughout the Café to connect with the community and support the flow of the guest experience

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Act as a team player; Support surrounding Cafés as needed within a 50 mile radius; Occasional opportunities to assist other locations in the broader Region
