This role supports workplace strategy, space planning, and occupancy management by ensuring accurate floor plans and data integration. **Key Responsibilities:** • Update and maintain AutoCAD floor plans and integrate them into CAFM systems. • Ensure space data accuracy, create occupancy reports, and support space audits. • Support workplace teams with test fits, stacking plans, and move/add/change activities. • Maintain drawing standards and documentation. • Assist in user support and reporting for CAFM tools (TRIRIGA experience preferred, can be trained). **Skills & Experience:** • Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field. • 3 to 5 years of experience in AutoCAD; basic exposure to CAFM systems is required. • Understanding of space planning and workplace data management. • Proficiency in Excel and attention to detail. ** Good to Have:** •TRIRIGA or similar CAFM experience • Experience in corporate real estate or workplace management **Location:** On-site –Gurugram, HR **Scheduled Weekly Hours:** 40 If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
