Actively participate in internal improvement projects and cost-reduction initiatives
Collaborate on design change management processes to ensure smooth transitions

The ideal candidate will have experience in the automotive industry and will be responsible for designing 2D wiring harness systems using tools such as Capital Harness XC and AutoCAD.
