We steward precious resources by finding more sustainable solutions. # _**Job Summary**_ TYLin is seeking a process mechanical CAD/BIM Designer for our Water Team to prepare design and production of contract documents for various Water, Wastewater, Pump Station, and Pipeline projects. # _**Responsibilities & Qualifications**_ **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Develop CAD site plans, plan & profile, sections, and details for various types of water/wastewater infrastructure projects. * Coordinate with other disciplines (site civil, structural, architectural, HVAC, electrical and I&C) to help resolve design conflicts and challenges. * Create BIM models, Cells, Parametric Cells, and CAD based files for use in the production of contract documents. * Ensure drawings comply with company and client CAD/BIM standards and styles. * Help design teams with the assembly of submittals throughout project delivery. Other related tasks as required. **QUALIFICATIONS:** * Requires 5+ years applicable experience or demonstrated skill and at least 2-year A.S. degree from an accredited college is preferred. * **MUST** have skills with **MicroStation Open Buildings** (AutoCAD Civil 3D and REVIT is a Plus) in an engineering environment, preferably associated with the production of infrastructure plans.
