Your responsibilities will include: * Preparing detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings for metal enclosures, panels, brackets, and assemblies. * Converting customer specifications, sketches, and engineering concepts into comprehensive manufacturing drawings. * Generating flat patterns for sheet metal fabrication processes such as laser cutting, punching, and bending. * Revising drawings based on engineering changes and production feedback to ensure flawless execution. * Ensuring all drawings align with strict tolerances, material specifications, and industry standards. * Collaborating closely with production, quality, and purchasing teams to determine build feasibility and cost efficiency. * Maintaining organized drawing databases and document control procedures. * Supporting prototype development and production troubleshooting when required. **YOU HAVE** * An academic background with a diploma or associate degree in Drafting, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or a related field, preferred. * A proven track record with 2+ years of experience in a sheet metal or metal fabrication environment, preferred. * Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor, or similar, along with a strong understanding of sheet metal build principles, bend allowances, and tolerances, preferred. * The capability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications, along with familiarity with manufacturing processes such as laser cutting, CNC punching, and press brake operations, preferred. * Remarkable care for detail and e
