Must Have
Direct and relevant experience in CAD/CAFM, workplace data, or facilities operations., Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or relevant certification in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, CAD, Facilities Management, or related field, or 5+ years’ experience in a related field., Advanced working knowledge of AutoCAD and CAD/CAFM Systems in a Corporate Real Estate Environment., Advanced English skills

Execute moderately complex CAD and CAFM tasks
Apply knowledge of CAD
Troubleshoot and resolve CAD/CAFM issues
Develop and maintain project procedures
Develop and deliver CAD/CAFM training
Execute advanced QA/QC
Process and interpret complex issues
Create new standard operational practices
Exercise independent judgment
Recommend exceptions to policies
Support account and project management activities
Develop and deliver client training sessions
Assist with project setup
Support client escalations
Identify and implement process improvements
and communicate process documentation
Lead process definition
Contribute to operational planning
Influence delivery quality and standards
Initiate and build working relationships
