Must Have
Relevant experience in CAD/CAFM, workplace data, or facilities-related operations, working knowledge of AutoCAD and CAD/CAFM Systems in a Corporate Real Estate Environment, Advanced English level

This role supports operational delivery across projects, contributes to monitoring timelines and quality, and applies established professional knowledge to resolve routine issues with minimal supervision. The analyst may provide guidance to junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and documentation. **Key Responsibilities** **1\. CAD / CAFM Production & Delivery** * Independently execute CAD and CAFM tasks while ensuring adherence to all operational, account, and client-specific standards. * Apply BOMA, FICM, or other defined space measurement standards when instructed. * Update and format floor plans to reflect as-built conditions, restacks, and construction changes per JLL/client standards, reviewing all outputs to identify and correct any missing, incomplete, or inconsistent data. * Execute QA/QC checks on drawings, polylines, and attached data prior to submission, in accordance with established standards, procedures, and documentation requirements. * Deliver 20,000–40,000 SQFT of client drawings per day under standard project conditions, depending on complexity and scope. **2\.
