We are seeking a CAD/CAFM Analyst to join our implementation team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in drafting with knowledge and experience in their own discipline while continuously acquiring higher-level knowledge and skills. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build knowledge of the company, its processes, and customers. **Responsibilities:** * Perform routine assignments at the entry level to a professional job progression. * Create Emergency Action Plans (EAP) and Fire-Protection Plans (FPP) using AutoCAD. * Generate compliance documents adhering to local building codes and fire department regulations. * Stay up to date with compliance standards, techniques, and software. * Apply general knowledge of business developed through education or experience. * Use existing procedures to solve standard problems; analyze information and standard practices to make judgments. * Develop competence by performing structured work assignments. * **Requirements:** * Minimum of 2 years of experience in creating EAP/FPP or a related field (preferred) * Proficient in AutoCAD (required) * Familiarity with local building codes, Emergency Action Plan (EAP), and Fire-Protection Plan (FPP) requirements (preferred) * Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors on floor plans and documents (required) * Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment (required)
