These markets include aerospace and defense, factory automation, air and water quality environmental monitoring, electronics design and development, oceanographic research, deepwater oil and gas exploration and production, medical imaging and pharmaceutical research. We are looking for individuals who thrive on making an impact and want the excitement of being on a team that wins. **Job Description** ** _Essential Duties and Responsibilities:_** Plan, lay out and perform a variety of intricate wiring on cable, connectors, electrical penetrators; junction boxes and similar equipment. -Must be able to read and understand schematic wiring diagrams and process sheets and blueprints -Must be able to use simple electrical instruments to make polarity determinations -Must be able to assemble properly from detailed written or verbal instructions -Oral/Written Communication – Listens and gets clarification; Responds well to questions; Records data; Writes clearly and informatively; Able to read and interpret written information. **_Education and Experience:_** * HS diploma or equivalent * Ability to apply common sense in performing job * Ability to understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines * Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals * Ability to use basic high school math skills * 2-4 years cable assembly experience ** _Physical Demands:_** * Good coordination and flexibility in both hands * Move and occasionally lift up to 50lbs. or more * Good vision including passing color blindness test ** _Work Environment:_** * Factory environment * **Second Shift Monday- Thursday 2pm-12:30am** ** _Personal Protective Equipment:_** * Use of safety glasses * Use of steel protective shoes or protective shoe covers ** _Training
