### About the Role: Cabinet Installer As a Kitchen Cabinet Installer, you will join an award-winning Cabinet Experts team as we expand into the kitchen remodeling space. Through our Installation Training program, you will learn all the skills needed to become a lead installer * **Tools Provided: **All necessary tools, equipment, and material are supplied, including PPE and company clothing * **Growing Company: **Join a rapidly growing company backed by the leading Skybrook Kitchens brand in the cabinet refacing industry * **Benefits: **Full-time W2 employment with a generous benefits package including Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, Paid Time Off **(including Paid Holidays and your Birthday Off!),** and a 401(k) with 4% company match * **Consistent, year-round work** ### Job Duties & Responsibilities: * Install cabinet refacing systems in residential kitchens, typically completed within 2-3 days * Apply veneers, replace cabinet doors and drawer fronts, and install new hardware using precise measurements and finishing techniques * Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful work environment in customers’ homes * Adhere to installation standards while installing and performing service requests as needed ### Skills & Qualifications: * Previous experience in carpentry, remodeling, construction, or finish work is preferred * Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and other equipment * Ability to handle physical workload and consistently lift 50+ pounds * Detail-oriented with the ability to measure and cut materials a
