What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Deep understanding in handling typical A350 design tools, such as CATIA V5, VPM, Pass V2 required, Working experience and knowledge on any of the following ATA chapters ATA -21, 38, English Advanced level is mandatory, Experience Level Needed: 5 to 10 years as Design/ Retrofit Engineer or similar position, Degree in engineering or similar will be required, Contribute to Design activities for linefit or Retrofit Solutions, Leading and coordinating operational teams and guaranteeing the “Quality” and “On time delivery”of the project deliverables., Experience in the A350 Programme, Working experience and knowledge on the ATA chapters 21, 38 in Engineering activities or Retrofit activities, Experience in working on Airbus design tools such as CATIA V5, VPM & Pass, Ability to read, understand and interpret full 3D, engineering drawings & specifications, Knowledge on SIDP-21, 38 ( SIDP - System Installation Design Principle)
Nice to Have
Project Management skill is a plus, Maintenance Repair Overhaul (MRO) experience is welcome
What You'll Do.
definition and integration of retrofit design solutions for A350 aircraft post-delivery
cabin modifications including associated mechanical and electrical interfaces and adaptation of related cabin systems
coordinate all design activities in terms of cost
check and release of retrofit design data sets
prepare and follow-up of all relevant certification documents
analyzing PRE and POST status of the aircraft relevant to the ATA-21 and 38 with respect to the upgrade / change request
Managing and validating internal and external engineering work packages
provide engineering data to Production
supply chain and other involved internal stakeholders
support airworthiness activities and Safety Management System

Team & Collaboration
participate in technical meetings with internal and external stakeholders; coordination of operational teams; guaranteeing the “Quality” and “On time delivery”of the project deliverables.
