What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of experience in a maintenance and modernization staff position on a Navy Functional Command, Navy Component Command, or Navy Echelon III or above staff, 3+ years of experience in a maintenance and modernization position related to the following programs: NDE, AMPS, SKED, AWN, SPIDER, Knowledge of the OPNAV Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process, Ability to prepare briefs and whitepapers for presentations to clients, TS/SCI clearance, HS diploma or GED
Nice to Have
5+ years of experience as an action officer with military maintenance and modernization on a Navy Functional Command, Navy Component Command, or Joint, Service, or Echelon III or above staff, 3+ years of experience in Shore-based C4I working as a Technician, SMMOO, or maintenance or modernization position found within the JFMM, Experience performing Maintenance and Material Management (3-M) functions in a supervisory role, Bachelor’s degree, Completion of Model Based Product Support (MBPS) Technical Data Manager (TDM) course, Completion of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) course
