Must Have
High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED), 2 + years of experience with inspecting aircraft hardware, use of basic precision measuring instruments including micrometers, dial calipers, and dial indicators, use of shop math, including fractions, decimals, percentages, and areas, operating various hand and power tools and basic machine tools and equipment
Nice to Have
Possess basic understanding of metallurgical terms and applications, CCL Certified, Experience as a Thermal Spray Operator, Experience operating and troubleshooting belt sanders, polishers, cut off saws, grinders, and Tensile Test, Experience in chemical handling of job-related process solutions, Experience in troubleshooting and performing preventative maintenance on minor inspection equipment, Experience reading and interpreting engine manuals, Experience using measuring microscopes, image analysis
