Currently active NATO SECRET security clearance, Previous experience as a Project Coordinator/ Project Manager, Previous hands-on experience, not just office based remote management and coordination of Projects, 5-10 years of experience in project coordination or related roles, Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Proficiency in project management software, Proficiency in scheduling tools, Excellent communication skills, Problem-solving abilities, Organizational skills, Time management skills

Prince II practitioner certification
What You'll Do.
Assist the Project Management
Plans & Requirements team in planning
and executing various initiatives
Oversee administrative tasks
Collaborate with team members aswell as internal teams and external companies to ensure projects meet milestones and deliverables
Utilize project management tools to track progress and handle integrations
Support project life cycles from initiation to completion
Oversee project schedules
Coordinate meetings with team members and stakeholders
Ensure proper documentation throughout the project life cycle
Identify and address potential risks
Handle resource allocation
Handle communication with stakeholders
