What You'll Do.
Support management of Mobile Training Team
Planning and coordination of C2FSS iterations with focus on Mobile Training Team and tailored training to ensure business continuity for the TOPFAS Section
Liaise with instructors
customers POC to ensure smooth course execution
Prepare iteration related documentations (Admin Instructor)
Act as first POC for any issue related to the C2FS iterations
Conduct survey to customer location to ensure training can be delivered in alignment with Academy quality standards
Inform the management/technical teams about any potential issues that may affect training and provide advice for reasonable solutions
Prepare the training environment
Coordinating the preparation for trainings at customers' location
Ensure the installation of the Mobile training kit if required
Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure planning incorporates transport preparation and shipping times
Be prepared to learn new capabilities/technologies introduced to bolster the mobile training technical solution
Deputize for higher-grade staff
Perform a similar range of duties within the organisation at the same grade with or without there being any change to the contract
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Liaise with instructors, LCSB, TecB, customers POC; Inform the management/technical teams about any potential issues; Escalate relevant issues, coordinating with training and technical teams
