This job role is responsible for designing and implementing software application architectures that align with business objectives and technical requirements **Primary duties and responsibilities shall include, but not limited to:** **Solution Design, Innovation and Continuous Improvement** * Identify, evaluate, and scope opportunities for process improvements, innovation, automation, and enhanced business intelligence solutions. * Design and develop fit-for-purpose software applications and analytics solutions that support business objectives and operational efficiency. * Continuously review and improve processes, systems, and methodologies to ensure the efficient delivery of software and analytics solutions. * Recommend and implement technology enhancements that improve business performance and user experience. **Project Delivery and Stakeholder Management** * Deliver client-specific and company-wide software development and analytics projects in accordance with company standards, project requirements, and agreed timelines. * Ensure projects remain on track, within scope, and aligned with approved business requirements. * Communicate project progress, milestones, risks, and issues to stakeholders and customers throughout the project lifecycle. * Collaborate with line management and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction. **Testing and Quality Assurance** * Conduct extensive testing of new software applications, system enhancements, reports, and analytics solutions prior to deployment. * Perform regular testing and validation of existing applications and business intelligence solutions to ensure continued quality, reliability, and accuracy. * Establish and maintain quality control processes for all reporting and analytics outputs. * Validate and cross-check data and reports against multiple sources to ensure accuracy, consistency, and minimal customer impact. **Business Intelligence, Reporting and Analytics** * Develop
