What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3 to 5 years of experience in procurement, Excellent negotiation and communication skills (verbal and written), Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), Strong understanding of supply chain principles and best practices, Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed procurement decisions, Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, Ability to work independently and in a team environment in a fast-paced setting
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field, Procurement experience, preferably in a manufacturing or consulting environment, English language proficiency at B1+ level or higher, German language knowledge, CPPM certification or other relevant professional certification

Process purchase orders for various goods
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers
and conditions of contracts
Monitor supplier performance
Manage inventory levels
Develop and implement procurement strategies
Prepare and present reports on procurement activities

Collaborate with internal stakeholders (project managers, engineers, finance); Resolve discrepancies with suppliers and accounting department

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
