In this role, you will be a key player in managing a diverse portfolio of indirect spend and end-to-end lifecycle of our Professional Services, Marketing Categories. You will partner closely with stakeholders in Marketing, GTM, and Legal to execute strategic sourcing events, negotiate complex contracts, and ensure we are maximizing value while minimizing risk. This is a unique opportunity to help scale our procurement operations as we continue to grow, utilizing best-in-class tools like Zip, Workday, and ServiceNow. Key Responsibilities - Negotiation & Contracting:Assist with commercial negotiations for MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, Events and Order Forms. Partner with Legal, Security, and TPRM teams to ensure all contracts meet Snowflake’s risk standards. - Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to internal Business Owners, helping them navigate the procurement process (Zip / Workday) and providing market intelligence to inform their buying decisions. - Process Optimization: Drive efficiency in the Source-to-Pay (S2P) process, ensuring accurate PO creation in Workday and timely vendor onboarding. - Supplier Relationship Management (SRM): Monitor vendor performance an
