Procurement background of 2 to 5 years, Ability in Tendering process, Advanced negotiation, Legal/Contracting, SRM (supplier relationship management), Effective written and verbal communication skills, Fluent in English both written and verbal, Delivery oriented with a focus on customers’ satisfaction, Ability to convince and influence, Communicate effectively, Team player, Comfortable with remote working, Act with integrity and equity in the supplier selection process, Compliance with processes and regulations, Ethics of the jobholder
Nice to Have
French, German, Knowledge in Export Control and Sustainability laws and regulations
What You'll Do.
Act as extended member of central Procurement
Manage or support Call for Tender
Support drafting and negotiation of contracts
Process standard NDAs
Manage annual release of contractual requirements
Ensure deliverables in line with contractual terms
Support long-term alignment of preferred supplier base
Ensure and report achievement of saving targets
Optimize bundling opportunities
Ensure regular two-way communication with strategic buyers
