What They're Looking For.
Must Have
B2 English proficiency, Microsoft Office products, 1+ years of work experience in corporate/customer service roles
Nice to Have
1+ years of Purchasing, Inventory Management & Supply Chain experience
What You'll Do.
Support procurement and business teams
Deliver operational purchasing tasks
Engage in process improvements
Provide daily support
Act as first point of contact
Perform PR2PO compliance check
Maintain catalog items
Provide Helpdesk support
Support North American and LATAM businesses
Approve PR2PO compliance
Perform PR2PO compliance check
Provide general support to internal stakeholders
Support PO delivery queries
Ensure PO delivery accuracy
Meet service level agreements
Achieve assigned project targets
Build stakeholder relationships
Maintain stakeholder relationships
Ensure adherence to Amazon’s Spending and Transaction Policy
Ensure adherence to Global Procurement processes
Participate in cross-functional improvement projects
