Buyer

As a buyer, you'll need to: 1、To purchase materials from suppliers according to customer requirements.根据客户要求向供应商采购材料。 2、To be responsible for tracking order delivery, and ensure on-time delivery of materials and system maintenance.负责跟踪订单交付情况，确保物料准时交付和系统维护。 3、Order rescheduling and cancelling according to customer request and control inventory.根据客户要求重新安排和取消订单，控制库存。 4、To manage the suppliers, assess their performance periodically together sourcing and SQE.管理供应商，定期和SQE一起评估其绩效。 5、Materials receiving discrepancy and IQC reject shipment solving RTV handling together with SQE.物料接收不符和IQC拒收与SQE一起解决RTV处理。 6、In time to Purchase material and ensure to meet customer requirements.及时采购材料，确保满足客户要求。 7、Work closely with suppliers to follow up order confirmation and make sure data in ERP system is accurate.与供应商密切合作，跟进订单确认，确保ERP系统数据准确无误。 8、Focus on long term materials supply and control ITO.专注于长期物料供应和ITO控制。 9、Improve flexibility of the Supply Chain.提高供应链的灵活性。 ## Requirements Required know how and skills: 1、Bachelor degree or above；本科及以上学历； 2、2-3 years purchase experience, prefer in electronics industry；2-3年的采购经验，有电子行业采购经验优先； 3、Knowledge of international trade；了解相关国际贸易知识； 4、Knowledge of ERP or MRP system；熟悉ERP和MRP系统； 5、Good written English skills；良好的英文书写能力； 6、Good IT skills - Microsoft Office；熟悉办公软件； 7、Good at in managing suppliers；善于管理供应商； 8、Good Negotiation skills；良好的沟通能力； 9、Positive attitude under heavy work pressure；在一定的压力下任然能够保持积极的工作态度； 10、Good learning capability；良好的学习能力； 11、Team work；团队合作能力； 12、Strong sense of responsibility；有很好的责任意识；
