What They're Looking For.
Must Have
At least 8 years of senior experience in technical account management, customer success, or related technical roles, or direct experience in the Asset and Wealth Management industry., understanding of investment management workflows, applications, portfolio analytics, and the challenges faced by institutional investors., In-depth knowledge of performance, attribution, risk, or reporting systems, and familiarity with modern investment theories and financial calculations., Demonstrated ability to learn new concepts, adapt to industry trends, and proactively drive solutions forward., Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical experience delivering presentations to senior stakeholders., Proven relationship-building skills, with a track record of partnering effectively with senior client stakeholders and maintaining sustained satisfaction., Awareness of market movements, industry trends, and competitor offerings to strategically position FactSet solutions., Enjoys working within cross-functional teams, leveraging diverse expertise to deliver value for clients., project and time management able to manage multiple accounts and initiatives simultaneously.
What You'll Do.
Diagnose sophisticated technical challenges for clients

Become a subject matter expert for FactSet’s Middle Office Analytics offerings
providing tailored recommendations aligned with client requirements and market trends.
Gain familiarity with each client’s business structure
and operations in order to set clear expectations
and act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders.
Proactively identify opportunities for expansion within your client portfolio
designing actionable plans to drive additional Annual Subscription Value (ASV) and support business growth.
Lead strategic specialty product initiatives
overseeing delivery and execution to ensure measurable impact for clients.
