What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Business, 10–12+ years leadership experience in manufacturing, EMS, or data center infrastructure, Experience in server racks, networking racks, chassis, or mechanical assemblies manufacturing, Proven track record of P&L ownership, pricing strategy, and margin management, Demonstrated success managing customer-facing programs in a global manufacturing environment, Commercial acumen including contract negotiation and business development, Deep understanding of Mechanical manufacturing (sheet metal, fabrication, assembly), Deep understanding of Rack integration and system-level build, Deep understanding of Supply chain and sourcing strategies, Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization, Strong communication skills, Strong strategic thinking skills, Strong decision-making skills

Nice to Have

Master's degree preferred, Experience supporting hyperscale, cloud, or networking OEMs, Knowledge of data center rack standards, power distribution, cooling solutions, and cable management, Experience in high-volume manufacturing scale-up or new site launches, Familiarity with global supply chain and multi-site manufacturing operations, Lean / Six Sigma or other operational excellence methodologies experience

What You'll Do.

Lead overall strategy

Own full P&L accountability including revenue growth

Drive disciplined financial management across quoting

Build and manage senior-level relationships with hyperscale

Act as the primary commercial leader for key

and supply chain teams

Ensure execution excellence across production

Oversee scaling of manufacturing for high-volume rack builds

Lead new program launches

Ensure seamless NPI-to-production transition for complex infrastructure products

Track industry trends in data center infrastructure

Align business strategy to evolving customer architectures

Drive structured escalation processes to resolve delivery

Ensure business continuity and customer satisfaction

Build and lead a high-performing cross-functional team

Drive talent development

and leadership capability

Champion operational excellence through lean manufacturing

Drive improvements in cycle time

Present business performance

and strategy in internal
