What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture or related transformation leadership roles, Senior or executive-level professional experience, expertise in Enterprise Architecture methodologies and frameworks, TOGAF certification or equivalent Enterprise Architecture experience, Proven experience within the mining industry, Experience supporting Operational Technology and Enterprise Functions IT environments, C-Suite engagement and stakeholder management capabilities, Demonstrated workshop facilitation skills, Advanced PowerPoint storytelling and executive presentation skills, strategic thinking, communication, and organizational skills
