Must Have
5 years of experience with Salesforce platform administration and configuration, demonstrated expertise in complex, multi-cloud implementations, Proven experience in project management and change management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches), Proficiency with project management and documentation tools (Jira, Confluence), Understanding of data architecture/data warehousing principles, data modeling, integration patterns
Nice to Have
balance of technical expertise, business acumen, and stakeholder management, Experience conducting User Acceptance Testing, managing deployment cycles, Experience with Salesforce Channel Revenue Management (ChRM) or similar incentive/rebate management platforms, SAP knowledge and experience

and optimize the custom redemption solution
Act as the representative for the Canadian business
supporting necessary changes and ensuring redemption requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle
Conduct impact analysis for proposed changes across redemption processes and related systems
Manage customization/configuration requests from start to finish
Oversee implementation
and optimization of enterprise platforms
Lead end-to-end change management activities to drive user adoption and minimize disruption
Proactively identify system enhancements to increase value and usability
Communicate clearly and consistently using Jira and Confluence to provide visibility into project status
