Full Job Description
Location: US- Remote Compensation: We feel passionately about transparency in compensation. Total compensation for this role is market competitive, offering a base salary range of $90,000–$130,000, with an annual target bonus. ABOUT THE ROLE Snappy is looking for a Business Systems Engineer to join our IT Team. In this role, you will own, optimize, and integrate a growing portfolio of business applications—including Salesforce, Ironclad, Outreach, Gong, ChurnZero, OwnBackup, and Harmony AI—while partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Revenue Operations stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. YOU WILL: SYSTEM DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT, AND MANAGEMENT - Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders to design and implement applications and Salesforce solutions that support the organization's goals. - Be responsible for designing, coding, implementing, maintaining, and evolving applications, Salesforce solutions, and integrations. - Be responsible for reviewing the architecture, design, code, and providing approval. - Implement and maintain Internet and intranet applications using Salesforce Sites, Force.com http://Force.com, Marketing, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud. - Be responsible for assisting with requirements gathering and analysis, business process modeling, workflow development, tool customization, and Salesforce upgrades. - Be responsible for assisting with maintenance and documentation. - Manage day-to-day development processes such as version control, code deployments, and process management. - Create and manage custom code, custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, custom workflow, and approval processes. - Hands-on experience with workflows and flows. - Develop and document regression, use case, and unit testing scenarios. - Identify opportunities to utilize Salesforce to improve processes and productivity and make recommendations to support service offerings. - Ability to perform a variet
