What They're Looking For.
Must Have
analytical background, experience in data-driven environments, Snowflake, SQL, Python, Tableau, Alteryx, large datasets, modern data platforms, collaboration and communication skills, business and technical teams, 8 years' combined higher education and/or operational/business analytics/systems development experience
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree, Subject matter expert in business, knowledge or experience utilizing application/system being supported, Proven mentoring and leadership capabilities, Ability to recognize project milestones and delivery dates, Ability to recommend and implement solutions
What You'll Do.
Analyze and improve data processes
Partner to modernize data architecture
Develop and deliver leadership reporting
Support data migration
Identify best practices and recommend improvements
Document legacy SQL server databases
Solicit and understand business needs
Coordinate to source common data
Partner to migrate SQL server environment
Evolve business analytics data ecosystem
Prepare well-documented functional specifications
Serve as subject matter expert
Participate in and document data mapping
Work with other testing teams
Monitor functional specifications and change requests
Ensure change requests are documented
Ensure efficient and timely resolution of issues
Understand and adhere to risk standards
Promote an environment that supports belonging
Maintain internal control standards
Complete other related duties

Partner across Business Banking, Retail, Commercial, and Technology teams; Partner with cross-functional teams; collaboration and communication skills across business and technical teams; Partners with team to understand and support current processes; in partnership with other divisions; Partner with technology and other divisions; Serve as functional lead with other project team members
