What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field, 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role supporting enterprise business systems, Understanding of accounting principles and financial processes, Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Business Central or similar, Hands-on experience supporting system integrations and end-to-end data flows across multiple enterprise applications, Analytical, problem-solving, process improvement, and documentation skills, Systems-thinking mindset with ability to understand and optimize end-to-end business processes, Attention to detail, particularly around financial data, controls, and system accuracy, Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams, Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
Experience with Coupa, Graphite, Arena PLM, Brex, or SimpleLegal, Familiarity with manufacturing systems and MES integrations, Experience supporting PLM, ERP, and manufacturing system integrations, Experience working in a high-growth industrial technology, manufacturing, energy, or clean technology environment, Knowledge of APIs, middleware platforms, integration tools, or system automation technologies
What You'll Do.
Serve as primary system owner for finance and
Perform hands-on system administration
and translate business requirements into system
Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency
Support core manufacturing data and processes across PLM
Ensure accurate and timely flow of manufacturing data
Partner with Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams to
Own and support integrations across key enterprise systems
Troubleshoot integration issues
Ensure data integrity
Coordinate with technical teams to resolve defects
and integration processes
Partner closely with Procurement
Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical
Support system-related initiatives
including implementations
Ensure systems and integrations align with accounting principles
Validate transactional data across systems to maintain consistency
and data governance activities
