What You'll Do.
Implement new or enhanced Life products
Analyze complex information and requirements
Certify changes made to systems
Develop and maintain system values and settings
Provide complex business consulting support
Ensure complex products satisfy customer requirements
Translate end-user requirements into specifications
maintain and coordinate updates to system data elements
Prepare end-user procedures and manuals
Provide end-user training
Document complex project phases
Provide regular status updates
Create effective release/implementation plans
Represent team in interdepartmental projects
Consult with business area on system-related issues

Work with Information Technology (IT) staff; Work with Business Partners; Work with software developers; Motivate fellow team members through knowledge sharing; Represent the team in interdepartmental projects; Consult with the business area
