PMP or equivalent certification, ServiceNow experience for project tracking and management, Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards, IT project coordination experience, preferably in healthcare or technology environments, team-oriented skills with cross-functional collaboration, Excellent communication skills with prior experience working with onshore clients, Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with MS Project or similar tools, Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and SDLC processes, Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, customer service and teamwork orientation
