Position Summary: As part of our software engineering team, Business System Analysts work with our internal business partners to provide value to the organization through software platforms such as Order Management, Content Management, and LIMS (laboratory information management system). We support a variety of different business units such as laboratory operations, R&D, process development, customer support, genetic counseling, reporting, bioinformatics, statistics, and more. Business System Analysts bring technical, business, and subject matter experience to our development teams. Informatics Specialists work with our TPMs and Development Leads to identify areas where they can help configure our systems, document business processes, document functional and non-functional requirements, produce user training documentation, create master data, and provide system governance as needed on our development teams. Primary Responsibilities and Focus: Natera offers genetic risk assessment and diagnostic tests to patients through medical providers. Results and interpretation reports are delivered to the providers as the end product. The reports are dynamically customized per patient and contain content that’s created and managed by multiple groups within the organization. All content and reports and go through a rigorous content development, review, and update process. The individual in this position will work with these groups as follows: An ideal candidate will have past work experience with structured content management systems in a healthcare environment. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve as the subject matter expert on Content and Template management systems: assess the content management needs and advise on system capabilities, create a shared understanding among business and technical teams.
