We are seeking an execution-focused Business Systems Analyst to join our organization. The ideal candidate will take ownership of day-to-day execution across IS&T, Business Process Re-engineering (BPR), and Design, allowing product leadership to focus on discovery, stakeholder alignment, and long-term roadmap strategy. You will bridge the gap between high-level product intent and engineering execution, driving backlog health, clear requirements, and seamless feature delivery. Please note, this is an on-site contract role, with the possibility of long-term extensions. Key Responsibilities: Requirements Management: Refine, write, and update clear, well-structured requirements as projects evolve due to design or technical direction shifts. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with UX designers to align requirements with design direction, and collaborate with technical teams to agree on implementation approaches. Testing & Release Support: Serve as the functional point of contact for QA, perform hands-on sanity testing of features, and support UAT/PVT to ensure release readiness. Story & Backlog Lifecycle: Lead engineering teams through Epic kickoffs, drive story development, resolve scope unknowns, and facilitate the estimation process. Sprint & Agile Execution: Support Scrum ceremonies, manage high-volume story carryover, and work closely with Project/Delivery Managers to align sprint assignments with team capacity and priorities.
