You will collaborate with various stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements, ensuring alignment between business needs and technological solutions. **Job Responsibilities** * Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions. * Gather, document, and manage business requirements from stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and surveys. * Translate business needs into clear, concise, and actionable functional and non-functional requirements and specifications. * Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, use cases, user stories, and system specifications. * Creates detailed Source-to-Target Mappings (STMs) to define how data moves from source to target systems. * Collaborate with development teams, quality assurance teams, and project managers throughout the software development lifecycle. * Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by developing test cases, coordinating testing activities, and analyzing results. * Facilitate communication and understanding between technical and non-technical teams. * Res
