Full Job Description
_***We are open to supporting 100% remote work anywhere within the United States. Must be able to support Eastern Time Zone***_ **** ICF is seeking a Business Systems Analyst with a passion to help government agencies modernize technology and processes. The Business Systems Analyst will be supporting an enterprise level data warehouse in support of emergency management and resilience. The ideal candidate will lead, advise, and manage ICF client requirements, translating them into documentation and conceptual design for a team of DevOps Engineers, Developers and Solution Architects for a modernized application built on Azure with Databricks. You are responsible for bridging the gap between technical and non-technical project staff by eliciting, analyzing, documenting, and communicating concise requirements for implementation based on business needs. You will work with end users across a diverse set of stakeholders with a federal agency client to clarify scope and leverage your knowledge of business processes to determine the necessary approach, and identify overlapping functions and dependencies. You also have a concrete understanding of cloud-based software development, as well as familiarity with concepts such as data warehousing, infrastructure as code (IaC), continuous integration, and continuous delivery (CI/CD).
