BAS or equivalent work experience, Advanced English, L2 IT Support / Systems Administration experience, Windows 10/11, macOS, Active Directory, GPOs, DNS, DHCP, Windows Server administration and VMware basics, SQL databases and scripting, Infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity knowledge, ITIL methodology and service management processes, Jira, MS Project, or similar tools, Customer-facing experience and communication skills, Availability to work onsite
