If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary. ## Job Summary _To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a** _Business System Analyst_**_ _located in** _Guadalajara, North_**. _ _Reporting to the Information Technology Manager, Business System Analyst role will be Responsible for exploring, planning, conducting and overseeing the analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated and standardadized leading-edge solutions and system implementations to overcome organizational challenges._ _To provide technical assistance identifying, evaluating, and developing procedures which are cost effective and meet business requirements, to create specifications and direct transalations of functions to be automated including complete systems design in detail._ **What a typical day looks like:** * _Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvement based on industry trends and professional business knowledge_ * _Work directly with stakeholders to improve operational procedures to increase efficiency, productivity and strategic goals_ * _Research, design and test new systems and system enhancements in line with the deliverables of site business/customer 's requirements. _ * _Create and present reports to executive team members and stakeholders to support solution proposals_ * _Support Project Management during planning and execution, relevant to project scale_ * _Oversee implementation projects from beginning to completion, consistent with all software development lifecycle phases_ * _Writ
